Ships in 8–14 Weeks (Or Sooner) I’m a one man shop building these by hand alongside my job and family. This time frame keeps in mind any delays. Your suit can ship earlier, and shouldn't take longer than 14 weeks.
Frequently asked questions
How should I take my measurements?
Use a soft, flexible measuring tape (like a fabric tailor's tape not a metal hardware tape!) and measure over the clothing or base layers you plan to wear with the piece. Keep the tape snug so it's flat against you, but don't pull it tight you should still be able to slip one finger comfortably underneath. Measure twice just to be sure! If you aren't sure where a specific measurement starts or ends, shoot me a message before ordering and I'll walk you through it.
How does payment work?
All custom orders are paid 100% upfront at checkout. Because every piece is built from scratch to your exact measurements, your payment goes directly toward buying and gathering the materials for your build right away.
If you change your mind, you have a 24-hour window after purchasing to cancel for a full refund (as long as I haven't bought or cut your materials yet). Once those 24 hours pass or your supplies have been sourced, your order is locked in and non-refundable.
Can I return a custom item?
Because every piece is custom made specifically for you and can't be restocked or resold, all sales are final and I don't accept returns or exchanges for a refund.
That said, I want your piece to fit you right! While I don't do refunds, I do accept returns for fit adjustments if you reach out within 14 days of delivery:
- If the mistake was on my end (meaning the piece doesn't match the measurements you sent me): Send it back and I'll alter or remake it for free, and I'll cover the shipping both ways.
- If your measurements were a little off: You can still mail it back to me for adjustments! You'll just need to cover the round-trip shipping costs (plus any extra materials if it needs a major rework).
- Damaged in transit: If the mail carrier roughs up your package or something arrives damaged, message me with a few photos within 48 hours of delivery and I'll repair or replace it for you.
Are rush orders available?
Depending on my current build queue and how quickly I can get the materials in, I can sometimes take on rush orders! Please message me before placing your order with your deadline and what you're looking to get made so I can check my schedule. If I'm able to squeeze it in ahead of the queue, a rush fee will apply to cover expedited material sourcing and overtime work which we will discuss if its not a option at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Because every piece is sourced and crafted from scratch in the order it's received, please allow 8–14 weeks for your custom build to be made and shipped out.
Once your piece is finished, packed up, and handed off to the mail carrier, transit time usually takes 3–5 business days domestically (and 1–3 weeks for international orders). As soon as your shipping label is printed, you'll get a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door!
About the Maker
I grew up watching Spider-Man. Tobey Maguire was my first live action Spider-Man, and I remember being fascinated by his suit as a kid. That never really went away.
As I got older, I started watching the movies just to study the suits, including all the behind the scenes features on the DVDs. By the time The Amazing Spider-Man movies came out, I was old enough to start researching how to make one myself.
I spent years learning, trying things out, and getting better at it. That’s how Costume Corps Studio came to be.
I want to make costumes that fellow fans can get excited about without the giant price tag I kept seeing elsewhere. I make everything in the USA using high-quality materials, and I put a lot of care into the details.
